Build the trading terminal that doesn't lie to its users.
DyadScalp is a small, profitable team in Bengaluru. We're paid by traders, not by ad networks or signal resellers. The work is technical, the customers are demanding, and every loss we publish is one we actually took.
How we work
If a feature looks good only because we hid the bad days, we don't ship it.
Every gate, cap, and kill-switch is enforced server-side. The UI is the suggestion box.
Backtests live in a separate folder, watermarked. Only walk-forward numbers ship publicly.
Six people. No PMs. The person who codes it talks to the trader who uses it.
Open roles
4 positionsOwn the order-management pipeline. Sub-100ms broker round-trips, server-enforced risk gates, append-only audit ledger. Rust or Go preferred; we run Postgres + NATS.
Walk-forward validation, calibration audits, regime classification. You will publish methodology notes that ship to the public methodology page.
React + TanStack. Density matters more than animation. You will own the terminal layout and the heartbeat strip. Ex-Bloomberg / TradingView a plus.
First responder for paid traders during market hours. Trading background required — you should be able to read a P&L and ask the right question without escalation.
How we hire
- 01Intro call
30 mins. Founder, not a recruiter. We tell you what the role actually is.
- 02Paid take-home
4-6 hours, ₹10,000 paid on submission. Real problem from our codebase.
- 03Pairing session
90 mins live with two engineers. We extend the take-home, you drive.
- 04Offer in 5 days
If we say yes, you have a written offer within 5 working days. No 'culture rounds'.
Don't see your role?
If you've shipped trading infrastructure that institutional traders trust, write to careers@dyadscalp.app with what you've built and what you want to build next. We read every email.
